I am so pleased with the way this wedding turned out! It was a beautiful day on the coast of Maine. I am so fortunate to have worked with an incredible Bride & Groom and their families! I had a fabulous team too.
Thank you Griffin & Griffin Lighting, Peak Events, The Libbys Photo & Films, The Roaming Speakeasy Co., Big Tree Catering, and my Celia Bedilia Team!
I hope you enjoyed seeing this event as much as I enjoyed doing it!

What do weddings look like during a pandemic? They look different and yet they look the same. We are celebrating love which is always beautiful! This was the first wedding I did during the pandemic. We had custom masks, practiced social distancing, and created a magical night completely outdoors!
Making social distancing intimate is more challenging than one might think. Creating spaces that invite people to sit and enjoy each others company while least six feet apart takes some planning. Fortunately we had a pool as part of the landscape which allowed us to space guests without making it look planned.
Thankfully certain things remain the same…Dad’s still walk their daughters down the aisle. With proper planning it is easy seat families or pods together, if you have been isolating together you can be seated together! Do not mix groups that is a thing of the past for now.
The most important part of the wedding is the couple, keeping them safe and happy is my biggest goal! This couple was great they kept their guest list to under the CDC guidelines and all of the vendors followed the rules. We had a safe and wonderful event!
I learned with the proper team, and preparation a COVID-19 wedding is not only possible but can be fabulous! Thank you Whitney Fox for these amazing images.
Thank you to everyone involved. The family was wonderful, Churchill Catering (Portland ME), Griffin & Griffin Lighting (Scarborough ME), Whitney Fox Photography (Portland ME), & My Celia Bedilia team all made the event seamless.

There is something so appealing about this bouquet. I love the touch of blue to bring the tradition of “something borrowed, something blue” into the day, the heirloom roses are also so lovely. I used more color on the tables but the same feel throughout the wedding! Thank you Whitney Fox for the photos.
One of the best parts of my job is creating events that truly reflect the couple. This bride and groom were such fun, and so was their wedding. We had crisp blue Ikat table runners made for the event, used romantic mercury glass votive candles, and classic blooms finished the look!
As I look back on my weddings from 2018 & 2019 I filled with a mix of pride and sadness. Weddings in 2020 have not been what they were meant to be. I am looking forward to the future of my business and all the memories and bouquets yet to come!!!
Thank you for stopping by! I wish you all a beautiful day.
